The Sarn Helen is (81km) (50 miles) long and is one of five linking routes that can be used to journey across Wales, north to south. The other rides are The Seahorse, William Morgan, Radnor Forest and the Prince Llewelyn.

This road is a short cut between the Bridleway and the B4242, but there is a width restriction.

Leave the Bridleway and use the short track, as the Bridleway no longer exists.
