Waypoint 1 Hawick Circular
The 27 mile circular Hawick Riding Route was the first dedicated riding route to be developed in Scotland. The majority of the route is off-road, following farm tracks and former drove roads through the heart of the Scottish Borders. As the name of the route implies, the route circles around the small town of Hawick, so you are never too far from civilisation, but much of the time feel as though you are miles from anywhere. This route is now included within the Buccleuch Country rides and more information is available Details
