CHZx01 Home Farm
Turn right out of the farm on Gordon Lane, take the restricted byway north, passing through the Farm Ride to Poplar Hall Lane. Here join the lane on a sharp bend to go straight ahead on the lane NOT right.



CHZw01 Waypoint 1
Bridleway
Shortly turn right on a bridleway. When you reach Rake lane turn left to cross over the motorway then turn right on another bridleway, which eventually follows alongside the motorway to end at Little Stanney Lane.


CHZw02 Waypoint 2
Bridleway
Follow the bridleway round along side the motorway. Turn right on Little Stanney Lane, pass under the motorway and immediately turn right on another bridleway alongside the motorway again


CHZw03 Waypoint 3
Bridleway
At the end of this bridleway turn right and continue, ignoring lanes to the left until you have crossed a canal and the motorway once again.


CHZw04 Waypoint 4
Road
Take the next right Ashwood Lane, which becomes a bridleway. This again follows the motorway for a while before rejoining a road (Picton Lane) where you turn right.

Take the next right off Picton Lane, Green Lane, which becomes another bridleway


CHZw06 Waypoint 6
Road
This bridleway ends on Foxcovert Lane where you turn right to cross the motorway yet again.


CHZw07 Waypoint 7
Road
At the T junction turn left on Acres Lane and continue to Caughall Lane where you turn left then first right into Oakfield Drive and shortly second right from Oakfield Drive into Flag Lane North. This becomes a bridleway and passes through part of Chester Zoo.


CHZw08 Waypoint 8
Road
At the end of the Zoo bridleway turn left to cross the canal then turn left at the fork immediately after the bridge. If you have used the farm ride they will give you a shorter route back to link into the farm ride again.

Road
At the next junction bear left, then left again at the T junction. Take the next right which is Church Lane leading back to Gordon Lane where you need to turn right to complete the circuit.
